About The Creative

Tiana Goosen is a full-time artist who works in oil paint and charcoal. She aims to capture the world around her through classical realism techniques. Her subject matter includes still life, figures and landscape. Tiana also has an interest in capturing the surreal and imaginative world. She gives the viewer a peek into another world, portraying beautiful, inspiring and imaginative imagery. Tiana studied medicine at Stellenbosch University and graduated in 2018; however, she chose to hang up the stethoscope in favour of a paint brush.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in studio art. She uses everyday life as a reference for her paintings, and produces high-quality art in any location, not limited to a formal studio space. She also finds inspiration in photo references when planning her work. Tiana uses only the highest-grade art materials to ensure long-lasting, quality artwork.
