About The Creative

My work is concerned with my persistent search for an answer to the complexities of life. l use a scribbling technique to successfully articulate the social, political and cultural issues that have shaped my lived experience, while also exploring how these issues have impacted society on a broader scale.

As an artist, I have previously struggled to “speak” with my art. Through later working with themes of identity, feeling and emotion, art has come to me as a darker form of expression and exploration. The use of burnt amber and black dominates my creative process, and I create contrast through warm undertones.

Creative output/s I am interested in producing:
Storytelling
Public art
Imagery for publications
Public festivals
Use scientific material to make something compelling/expand messaging
Community radio
Story books

Branches of science I'm interested in:
Oceanography
Structural Geology
Atmospheric Sciences
Climatology
Astronomy
